And the Jurors aforesaid <upon> do on their oath aforesaid do further Present that , , , William Aldridge, Absolem Sentchfield, Amos Tubbs, , Ephraim Owens, John Lemmon, , , James Wilson, John Wood, and late of said County of on the said first day of October in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty eight in the night time of said <the same> day with force and Arms at the County of aforesaid feloniously and Burglariously did Break and enter a Certain dwelling house of one Addison Price there situ[ate with intent] the Goods and Chatels of him the said Addison Price, then and ther[e] being to steal [t]ake and c[arr]y away and then and there with force and Arms one Shot Pouch of the value of five dollars one Pair of Bullet Moles [Molds?] of the value of one dollar, one Bar of lead of the value of fifty dollars of the Goods and Chattels of the said Addison Price in the same dwelling house <then & there> being found [p.
