To all sherriffs coroners & constabls of said Greeting—
Whereas Complaint has been made before me one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the said aforesaid upon the oath of that Late of the aforesaid did on or about the 28th Day of March 1843 did obtain money under false Pretences at the City of in the District of Columbia—
These are therefore to Command you to Take the said if he be found in your or if he shall have fled that you pursue after the said into any other County within this and take and safely keep the said so that you have his Body forthwith before me or some other Justice of the Peace to answer the said Complaint and be further dealt with according to Law Given under my hand and seal this 13th day of May 1844—
