Whereas complaint has been made before me Joseph Smith Mayor in and for Said upon the oath of that of the county of & aforesaid Did on or about the first Day of Dec. A.D. 1842— Commit an on the the Body of the Said —
These are therefore to Command you to take the Said if he be found in your and take and Safely keep the Said So that you have his Body forthwith before me to answer the Said Complaint and be further Dealt with according to Law—
