That afterwards and about the year AD. 1842 The said Joseph Smith deceased & his wife Joined in a pretended of divers lots of the said town of located on said quarter section to the said Joseph Smith as trustee of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints among which are the following to wit: Lots 1.2.3. Block 116 Lot No 4. in B 142 Lot No 3 B 143. B 144 Lot of B 145. Lot 13 in B. 147. L 2. B 159 & Lot No 1. in B. 160
That aftrewads [afterwards] & about the year AD 1843 the said Joseph Smith dec in his said pretended capacity of trustee of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, made and caused to be made a pretended conveyance of the aforesaid Lots & premise to said , & , his wife and infant children with the fraudulent intent and design aforesaid & as part & parcel of the plan & scheme aforesaid to defraud your orator & other creditors of said Smith deceased
That the said deceased in his lifetime & about the year AD 1840 and seised [seized] in fee of the South half of the northeast quarter of said section No two corner of ten acres off the north side of the southwest quarter of said section No two which he had caused to be laid out into town lots in the town of plotted & recorded in the recorders office in said county of that said deceased was also seised in fee [p.
