of all the town lots laid out plotted & recorded in said town of upon the said Southwest Quarter of said section No two & among which said town lots located on said southwest & south half northeast quarter section <two> aforesaid are the following to wit, Lot No 3. That afterwards about the year AD 1842 the said Joseph Smith deceased Joined with said and attempted to the Lots & blocks aforesaid to said Joseph Smith as trustee of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints and caused the same to be recorded in the recorders office of said County of that afterwards & about the year AD 1843 the said Joseph Smith in his pretended capacity as trustee conveyed the lots & Blocks last aforesaid to said , , his wife & infant children he then being indebted & insolvent as aforesaid & with the fraudulent design and intent aforesaid
That afterwards & about the year AD 1847, the said executed & caused to be recorded her deed of conveyance of all the town lots & blocks heretofore mentioned together with the [p. [12]]
