said said southwest quarter of said section two in township six north Range nine west as aforesaid to one of aforesaid a nephew by marriage of said without consideration & that thereupon the said & Lovina [Smith Walker] his wife made & executed a deed of of the same property back to the said thereby attempting to create in the said an estate interest for the said , , & , infant children of the said Joseph Smith deceased which last deed was without any valuable consideration from any person whatever
That about the year AD 1842 one was seized fee of the following described property to wit four acres of land being in a square beginning at a corner between s & s land forty rods east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section six Township six North Range eight west of the fourth principal meridian on the north line of said quarter section thence east and south into s land lieing in said southwest quarter aforesaid sufficient distance to make four acres of land in a square form [p.
