with the fraudulent interest aforesaid & that the same was voluntary & without valuable consideration and that the said widow of said Joseph Smith dec. about the month of ded. AD 1847 intermarries with one Lewis C Bidamon
That the said in the year AD 1848 intermarries with one Elisha Dixon
That the said is the general Guardian of said & duly appointed by the court of probate of said county of & resides in said County of & State of & that the lands aforesaid are situate in the County of
you orator that the said Joseph Smith dec. ever since the year AD 1837 & up to the time of his death was insolvent & indebted & that he at and during the time of the transactions by him in this alledged was indebted to you orator for his debt aforesaid to the persons to a large amount & that he had not at any time aforesaid property other than the property in this bill described of sufficient value to pay his said debts nor any considerable amount or po[r]tion of the same but was wholly taken reputed & held to be insolvent that said Joseph Smith deceased during the time of the transactions afforesaid of acquiring & disposing of said [p.
