property & up to the time of his death controlled & exercised general acts of ownership ◊◊◊ of his own property over the property aforesaid & that since his death the said infant children of said Joseph Smith dec. together with the said now Bidamon, her husband & & Elisha Dixon her husband either Jointly or severally hold use occupy & control the same & have so done during all the time since the death of the said Joseph Smith deceased by virtue of & according to the effect of the deeds of severally before mentioned &
And your orator charges that all the conveyances herein before mentioned made to said & the children aforesaid of said Joseph Smith deceased & to said (now Dix[on]) & to said children of said Joseph Smith & to said were severally made and contrived for the fraudulent purpose of delaying & hindering the creditors of the said Joseph Smith in the collection of their debts & that the same were made without consideration from the parties or either of them & that the same is liable in equity to satisfy your orators debt that said from the year AD 1838 up to the time of the death of the said Joseph Smith dec, was the wife of the said Joseph Smith deceased
