Chadsey, Christian Bidamon & others were defendants; by which decree the sum of $7870.23, was found to be due from Joseph Smith deceased by judgement to the said complainants, and the following described lands and town lots, adjudged to be liable to the payment of said debt, and ordered to be sold for the payment of the same, all said lands and lots being situated in the County of and State of , to wit:
