Now therefore know all men by these presents that I Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under said decree, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of seventy five Dollars to me paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and sold, and do by these presents grants bargain, and sell convey and confirm unto the said Jabez A Beebee his heirs and assigns the following described premises situate in the County of and State of aforesaid to wit: Lot one in Block Thirteen in the town of otherwise called otherwise called To have and to hold together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Jabez A Beebee his heirs and assigns forever. Provided however that this deed contains no implied warranty on the part of said comissioner. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th. day of December AD Eight hundred and fifty one
