And Whereas by Said Decree the undersigned was appointed a Special Commissioner to Sell and convey Said Lots <lands> under Said Decree first giving due notice of the time place and terms of Said Sale and of the property to be Sold and whereas, as Such Commissioner I gave due notice of Said Sale as required in Said Decree by advertisement of the time place and terms of Said Sale and of the property to be Sold by publication for four Weeks Successively in the Quincy Whig and Popular Tribune Two newspapers published one in the <County of> County and the Other in the County of in Said State of The first of Said Notices publication in each paper being more than five weeks prior to Said Sale, and Stating in Said advertisement that Said Sale would be made upon the 8th day of April AD 1851 in front of the Public house known as the <in the City of > in Said And whereas I did on the 8th day of April AD 1851 offer for Sale in Said City of at the place aforesaid at public to the highest bidder for cash the premises aforesaid in Separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of Said Decree and as Set forth in Said advertisement And whereas at Said Sale Lewis C Bidamon of , Illinois became the purchaser of the following described Lots bidding therefor the Sum of 16$ for the first of Said Lots 11$ for the Second 10.05 for each of the third fourth fifth and Sixth of Said Lots 10.35 for the Seventh 10.05 for the Eighth and 8$ <for> each for <of> the ninth and tenth of Said Lots which was the highest bid made for the Same
Now Therefore Know all men by these presents that I Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under Said Decree in consideration of the premises and of the Sum of One hundred and three 60/100 Dollars to me paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do by these presents grant bargain Sell convey and confirm unto the Said Lewis C. Bidamon his heirs and assigns the following described premises Situate in the County of and State of aforesaid To Wit Lots Three and four in Block one hundred & Twenty eight Lots one, Two Three and four in Block One hundred & twenty nine. Lots One & two in Block one hundred and fifty and an undivided four fifths of Lots Two & three in Block ninety five all in the City of in Said County of To Have and To Hold together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the Said Lewis C Bidamon his heirs and assigns forever
Provided however that this deed contains no implied warranty warrants on the part of said . In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of April AD Eighteen hundred and fifty one
