State of aforesaid; and in the Town of , otherwise called , otherwise called in Said ; to wit, Lot Four (4) in Block one (1) Lot One in Block Two (2) Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Two (2) Lot Four (4) in Block Two (2) Lots One Two (2) Three and Four in Block Three, Lots One, Two (2) and Four in Block Five, Lot Four in Block Seven, Lot One in Block nine, Lot Four in Block nine, Lot One in Block Ten, Lot Four in Block Thirteen, Lot Four in Block Eighteen, Lot Four in Block Twenty, Lots Three and Four in Block Twenty one, Lot Two in Block Twenty Two, Lot Four in Block Twenty Three, All in the Original Town, To have and to hold together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, to him the Said , heirs and assigns forever; Provided However, that this deed contains no implied Warranty on the part of said , In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of November A.D. This day personally appeared before me W. B. Warren Clerk of the Supreme Court for the second Grand division of the aforesaid, whose Signiture appears to the above deed, and who is personally known to me to be the identical person who signed the same, who acknowledged that he had signed sealed, and delivered the same as his act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
