Lot 1 in Block 161 on the 5th. day of January 1850 said together with her husband Lewis C. Bidaman by their deed of that date for a valuable consideration therein named conveyed the premises last above named to the said Richard M. Mills a copy of which said deed (the original thereof not being in the control or power of Respondants to produce) duly certified from the records of the Recorder’s Office of said County of , is herein before referred to marked <exhibit> “A” and made a part of this answer.
This paragraph relates to respondant Isaac S. Sanders
That said R. M. Mills afterward on the 4th. day of February A. D. 1850 by his deed of that date and also on the 18th. day of May A.D. 1850 by his other deed of that date for valuable considerations in said deeds named and then paid therefor, conveyed the same premises to this Respondant Isaac S. Sanders which said last 2 deeds are herewith filed marked exhibits “J” and “K” and made a part of this answer.
That said Joseph Smith deceased on the 15th. day of March 1843 by his deed of that date for a valuable consideration therein named conveyed all his interest in the East 1/2 of fr. lot No. 4 in said Block 159 to one a copy of which said deed (the original thereof not being in the control or power of Respondants to produce) duly certified from the records of the Recorder’s Office of said County of is herewith filed marked exhibit “L” and made a part of this answer:
That said Joseph Smith deceased on the 7th. day of March 1843 by his deed of that date conveyed all this interest in the East half of Lot 1 Block 161 for a valuable consideration therein named, to one
And also on the 15th. day of March 1843 by his other Deed of that date for a valuable consideration in said deed named conveyed all his interest in the West half of said lot 1 Block 161 to one copies of which said 2 last mentioned deeds (the original thereof not being in the control or power of Respondants to produce) duly certified from the records of the Recorder’s Office of said County of are herewith filed marked exhibits “M” and “N” and made a part of this answer.
That said Joseph Smith deceased on the 15th. day of March 1843 by his deed of that date for the consideration of one hundred dollars in said deed named, conveyed all his interest in the West 1/2 of said Lot 4 Block 159 to one which said deed is herewith filed marked exhibit A deed made a part of this answer.
That said Joseph Smith deceased on the 26th. day of May A. D. 1843 by his deed of that date for the consideration of 89 dollars in said deed named conveyed all his interest in the South West 1/4 of said Lot No. 3 in Block 159 to one William Ford which [p. 527]
