in force for one week and no longer; and such person or persons as aforesaid, who may be found in open violation of this section, shall forfeit and pay for each and every such offence the sum of fifty dollars; all exhibitions inconsistent with decency, or contrary to good morals, are expressly prohibited under the penalty of one hundred dollars for each offence.
Sec. 4. This ordinance to take effect, and to be in force, from and after its passage.
