Also Silas Heaight of lawful age being produced, Sworn and Examined on the part of the deposeth & Saith: I heard Say that he was going down to for the purpose buying goods to <​bring to​> to be sold for the benefit of the . He said that Joseph (meaning Joseph Smith) had had a revellation. That he () <​and others​> was to sell out shares in the , and with the proceeds they was <​were​> to go to to buy goods for the purpose of selling them at & paying off the debts of the joint concern— I understood from that , , & were the persons interested in the goods that he said he was going to buy— I Know , , , , & . The general Character of these men for truth & veracity in their Neighborhood is very bad. It is the general opinion in their Neighbor hood [p. [5]]
