Resolved That any, collector, of fines may apply to any Alderman or Justice of the Peace for a garnishee in any case where he may see proper, or where he may not be able to find property to levy on, according to the law regulating the collection of debts by garnishee in this state.
Resolved That Regimental Surgeons grant certificates to persons for inability.
Resolved That Col be and is hereby appointed to compile the minutes of the General Court Martial and record them in a book to be provided for that purpose and that all the minutes aforsaid be delivered up to him together with all the proceedings of the General Court Martial since the organization of the Nauvoo Legion, and do such other recording as the Major and Lieutenant Generals may direct.
Resolved That the resolution, appointing , Collector for the Nauvoo Legion, be and is hereby repealed.
