He said the man was at the who had offered it to him— that he had considered about taking the money, and had come to the conclusion if he could get the money he would pocket it and go off to where he came from— somewhere about or — cant Say which— I told him he was getting into a very curious business, and that he ought not to do it— He said if he got into it— he Could be helped out of it— I told him he had better mind what he was about, or he might get into some difficulty— and there the conversation dropped— and that was all he told me about it—
