a decree was entered at the July term A. D. 1851 of said Court ordering the sale of the real estate hereinafter mentioned, and which said premises are found to be subject to the dower of the said , and by which decree it was further ordered that if said should (within in a certain time therein stated) relinquish her dower in said premises to the that then the commissioner making said sale should pay to said one sixth of the proceeds of said sale in lien of dower in said premises.
Now in Consideration of the premises and of one sixth of the proceeds of the sales of the premises hereinafter described to be paid to the undersigned upon said sale under the said decree, the said parties of the first part have and do hereby relinquish and forever discharge the premises hereinafter described of and from all claims of said for dower or otherwise as widow of Joseph Smith Decd. to wit:—

Also Lot 4 Block 1 all Blocks 2 and 3, Lots 2 and 3 on Block 4, Lots 1, 2 and 4 on Block (five) 5, Lots 3 and 4 and the N 1/2 lot 2 Block 7, Lots 1, 2 and 4 Block 9, Lots 1 and 4 Block 10, Lots 2 and 4 Block 12, Lots 1 and 4 Block 13 Lots 1 and 4 Block 18, Lots 1 and 4 Block 20, all Block 21, Lot 2 Block 22, and Lot 1 and 4 on Block 23, in the town of , otherwise called Macedonia, or Webster, in Illinois according to the plat of said town.
