And the said Luke P. Prentice in his proper person comes and defends &c and says the said complainants’ Bill of complaint and the matters and things therein stated are <and> set forth in manner and form as the same are above stated are not sufficient to require him answer the same and this he is ready to verify.
And the said David W. Vrowman [Vrooman] in his proper person comes and defends &c and says the said complainants’ Bill of complaint and the matters and things therein stated and set forth in manner and form as the same are above stated are not sufficient to require him to answer the same and this he is ready to verify.
And the said Nathan Prentice in his proper person comes and defends &c and says the said complainants’ Bill of complaint and the matters and things therein set forth and stated in manner and form as the same are above stated are not sufficient to require him to answer the same and this he is ready to verify.
Wherefore he prays Judgement &c
