And now here relinquish all claim to the same, by, through or under this proceeding or the Judgement described in said original bill or any lien or interest of the complainants therein, either under the original or this supplemental bill.
Your Orators therefore pray that the persons herein last above named be made defendants to the original bill filed herein and this supplemental bill, that process of subpoena issue to the marshal of this district to summon them, requiring them to answer the original bill and supplemental bill and the interrogatories contained in said original bill, and that said Interrogatories and notice thereto attached and the prayer thereof apply to this supplemental bill as well as the original bill, the same as if here again repeated.
