Illinois.
That said sale be made for cash and upon the sale that said commissioner make deed or deeds to the purchaser or purchasers.
That if the said and Lewis C. Bidamon her husband shall make and file in this Court a release of her dower in said premises herein before described on or before the first day of April next, then said Commissioner is hereby ordered to sell the whole of said premises and in case said neglects to file said release that said Commissioner sell said premises subject to the dower of the said , and that upon said sale said Commissioner after paying the costs bring the proceeds thereof into this Court to be distributed according to equity, first one sixth of the proceeds of said sales in gross to the said in lien of her dower in said premises if she shall release the same as aforesaid.
And secondly in the payment of the costs of this suit, third in the payment to John M. Ferris as administrator as aforesaid the sum of one hundred dollars reported to him by the master for expenses of administration fourth in paying the principal, interest and costs due the complainants on their Judgement aforesaid and fifth the balance to said John M. Ferris as such administrator to be distributed by him in the due course of administration.
And in case said shall not release her dower as aforesaid then the whole of the proceeds of said sale to be distributed as aforesaid except to said .
And it is further ordered and decreed that the said upon releasing her dower as aforesaid may purchase at said sale property to the amount of her dower interest without paying the money to the commissioner.
It is further ordered that this cause as to all other matters not herein before finally determined stand continued until the next Term of this Court.
It is further ordered that the said Commissioner report his proceedings to this Court at the next term thereof at to which time this cause is continued.
This day to wit, the eleventh day of February in the year last aforesaid, came the defendants and L. C. Bidamon by their solicitor and filed their release of dower herein
