That said sale be for cash. But said commissioner may receive the receipts of said to the amount of the sum above directed to be paid to her.
And it is further ordered that the said commissioner report his proceeding herein to the next term of this Court at .
It is further ordered that the defendants not named in this decree with the exception of Joshua Ward have leave to withdraw their answers, demurrers and exhibits filed herein, and that as to the defendant Joshua Ward the complainant’s bill be dismissed.
It is further ordered that this cause stand continued until the next term of this Court at .
This day to wit, the twenty sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, it is ordered that this cause be continued until the next term of this Court.
This day to wit, the sixteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two came came the defendants L. C. and by their solicitor and filed their Release of Dower.
This Release of Dower made this 7th. day of February A. D. 1852 between , and Lewis C. Bidamon of Hancock County Illinois of the first part, and the of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid hereinafter hereafter according to a decree of the Circuit Court of the for the District of , made at the December term thereof A. D. 1857 in a certain cause wherein the are complainants and et als are defendants, do hereby release the dower of the said as widow of Joseph Smith deceased to the said parties of the second part for the use and benefit of whoever shall purchase under said Decree the premises hereinafter described to wit:—
