And now this day to wit, the fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, comes Special Commissioner appointed by the Court herein at the last term of this Court to make sales of Certain Property described in the said decree of said last term, and files his report herein stating the sales of said property and the prices and purchasers thereof which report being examined by the Court, it is ordered by the Court that said report be and the same hereby is approved and confirmed, and the said is hereby discharged from all further liability on the monies received by him, and reported by him in his said report to have been paid out by him, the said , having produced receipts for said payments, properly executed.
And it further appearing to the Court that the said Lewis C. [Bidamon] and have filed in the Clerk’s Office of this Court a deed duly executed, relinquishing all claims of dower in the said premises, it is ordered by the Court, that said deed be recorded by the of this Court in the records of this cause.
And it further appearing to the Court that said Commissioner has received from said sales over and above all costs and expenses and the claim for dower of said , the sum of fifteen hundred and thirteen dollars and sixty eights cents;
It is ordered by the Court that said sum of $1513.68 be and the same hereby is applied on the amount found due to said complainants by the decree rendered herein at the last Term hereof, as an extinguishment of so much of said indebtedness.
This day to wit the twenty sixth day of July in the year last aforesaid, came the defendants and L. C. Bidaman and filed their relinquishment of dower.
This Release of Dower made this 22d day of July A. D. 1851, between (late ) and Lewis C.
