I, Milton M. Morrill an acting Justice of the Peace of said do hereby certify that on this 7th. day of February A. D. 1852 before me came personally and Lewis C. Bidamon her husband to me personally known to be the real persons described in and who executed the foregoing Release of Dower and acknowledged that they had executed the same freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and the , on a private examination by me seperate and apart from her said husband after I had made her acquainted with and explained to her the contents and effects of said Release of Dower, acknowledged that she had executed the same freely for the purposes therein expressed freely and voluntarily with [blank] fear, compulsion or undue influence of her said husband and relinquished her dower in said premises.

This day to wit the seventeenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two came Special Commissioner appointed herein and filed his report.
The undersigned a special Commissioner appointed by the Court herein at the December Term of said Court A. D. 1852 to make sale of certain real estate described in said decree and hereinafter described, respectfully reports as follows
That in obedience to said decree and by virtue of his appointment as commissioner as aforesaid, he caused a notice to be published in the Warsaw Signal, a newspaper published in the County of and State of , that in pursuance of said decree I would, as such commissioner offer for sale at Public Auction to the highest bidder for cash at the Court House in the City of , County of and State of at the West door of the Court House in [p. 693]
