I further report that since the renedition of the decree herein at the last term of this Court, and before the day of sale herein above named, the said Lewis C. Bidamon and his wife defendant herein filed in the Clerk’s Office of this Court a relinquishment of the right of dower of said in said real estate above described by virtue of which relinquishment the whole of said real estate was sold free and discharged from the claim of dower of the said , and the said became entitled under the provisions of the decree of the last Term of this Court herein, as a compensation for her said relinquishment of dower in said Real Estate, to the sum of one hundred dollars.
I further report that the total amount of said bids upon said Real Estate above set forth is eleven hundred and sixty dollars and thirty five cents which fully pays and satisfies the amount found due to said complainants by the decree of the last Term herein, together with interest thereon and the costs of said sale, and also the said sum of one hundred dollars directed to be paid to said .
I further report that I have paid to said in pursuance of the provisions of said decree herein entered at the last Term of this Court, the whole of said sum of Eleven Hundred and Sixty Dollars and thirty five cents being the whole amount derived from said sales, and have taken the receipt of the said and her said husband therefor, which receipt is herewith exhibited to the Court with this my report.
I further report that the gross amount of said sales did not exceed the amount due the Complainants on said decree together with the interest and costs thereon.
I further report that there was left in my hands as commissioner after filing my report and the entry of the decree herein at the last Term of this Court, the sum of Two Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars and Fifty Cents, that amount having been left in my hands from the proceeds of the two former sales herein, and that out of said sum I have paid the costs and expenses of said sale reported herein as follows:—
