I further report that I have duly executed, acknowledge, and delivered to the various purchasers above named deeds of conveyance for the premises respectively bought by them, executing said deeds in my capacity as Commissioner under said decree.
I further report that since the renedition of the decree herein at the last term of this Court and before the day of said sale the said Lewis C. Bidamon and his wife, defendants herein filed in the clerks Office of this Court to wit on the 11th. day of February 1851, a relinquishment of the right of dower of said in said premises described, in said decree and in this report described, by virtue of which relinquishment the whole of said premises were sold free from the claim of dower of the said and the said became entitled under the provision of the decree herein to one sixth of the gross proceeds of said sale in lien of her right of dower in said premises.
I further report that one sixth of the gross proceeds of said sale amounts to the sum of $451.71, which sum I have paid to the said Lewis C. Bidamon and his wife, through their attorney in this cause, George Edmunds [Jr.] Esq. and for which payment of said $451.71 I have taken the receipt of said Edmunds as attorney of said Lewis C and .
I further report that the property sold to the as above stated was deeded to them without the receipt of any money by me upon said property then bid in by the , the same having been bid in by an agent, duly authorized by the Government of the , the amount of which bids is to be credited upon said decree in favor of the , the total amount of said bids of the being $1393.05.
I further report that the total amount of said bids upon said property, exclusive of the bids of the is $1317.25 out of which sum the above named sum of $471.71 has been paid to the said Lewis C and under said decree in compensation for their relinquishment of dower as aforesaid also the sum of one hundred dollars has been paid under said decree to the said defendant John M. Ferris, administrator of Joseph Smith deceased for the expenses of administration as directed by said decree; and also out of said sum have been paid costs of this proceeding as appears below for all which payments, I, the said commissioner have taken receipts and herewith show them to the Court.
