plainants and which they are liable to pay her for property purchased by them at former sales in this cause.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that there is due to the said from the said complainants the said sum of one hundred and ninety seven dollars and thirty five cents ($197.35) together with interest from the date last aforesaid.
And it is further ordered that the same be certified by the of this Court to the proper Department at for payment.
It is further ordered adjuged and decreed that said commissioner pay over to District Attorney of the United States Counsel in this Cause the moneys aforesaid reported by said Commissioner as on hand subject to the order of this Court and take his, said ’ receipt therefor, and file the same herein.
And said as such Commissioner having filed said receipt of said for the sum of one hundred and <twenty> ninety dollars and fifty cents,
It is therefore ordered that said commissioner be and is hereby discharged from all liability herein.
It is further ordered that this Cause be stricken from the docket as finally disposed of. [p. 697]
